White Matthews, 63, is taking Linda’s place as new Non-Executive Chairman. He has been a serving as director on Imation’s board since 2003. Matthews served as EVP, CFO, & Director of Ecolab from 1999 until his retirement in 2001. Before Ecolab, he was EVP, CFO & Director of Union Pacific. Matthews currently serves as a Director & Chairman of the Board on Constar International and as a Director of PNC Mutual Funds. Imation noted the resignation of Director Raymond Leung, 52, a member of Imation's Board since 2007. Leung, EVP of TDK, had been TDK's representative on the Imation Board, an appointment which was in accordance with an agreement between Imation and TDK that gave TDK the right to nominate a representative to serve on Imation's Board. TDK has determined that, at this time, it does not require a representative to replace Leung.

Terremark Worldwide, a cloud computing and web hosting solutions company, announced that Founder and CEO Manuel Medina, 57, resigned from his position. Kerry Bailey, Group President of Enterprise Cloud Strategy and Services for Verizon, will assume leadership of the company. Bailey held various executive positions within Verizon and most recently has led Verizon's "everything-as-a-service" enterprise solutions strategy.
Mobile phone service provider Vimpel Communications announced its current CEO, Alexander Izosimov, 46, has decided to step down. Current chairman of the company, Jo Lunder, 48, has taken on the role of CEO. Lunder has served as CEO and COO of OJSC VimpelCom. Since 2003, he has served as an independent director and as chairman, first of OJSC VimpelCom, and more recently, VimpelCom. Prior to his time at VimpelCom, Lunder served in various capacities at Telenor from 1993 to 1999.
