Och-Ziff Capital Management Group, an asset management company, announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Georganne Proctor, 54, as an independent director of the company. Proctor is the former CFO of TIAA-CREF, a position she held from 2006 to 2010. From 2003 to 2005, she was the EVP of Finance at Golden West Financial. Proctor has also served as a CFO and Director of Bechtel Group, as a Director of Redwood Trust, and as a member of the Board of Kaiser Aluminum Corporation.
Kaiser Federal Financial Group, the holding company for Kaiser Federal Bank, announced that Kay Hoveland, 63, is retiring from the company. Most recently, she served as CEO & Director of the Bank and as President, CEO, & Director of the holding company.
Lynda Nahra, 60, the Director, President, & CEO of Community West Bancshares Company has notified the company of her plans to resign. Chairman & Director William Peeples will assume these roles on an interim basis. Peeples founded the company in 1989 and has since served as CFO for other companies such as Inamed, Nusil, and Imulok.
Jean Lindsey, 69, announced that she is retiring from the Board of Directors at Grayson Bankshares. In September, Lindsey will turn 70 and reach the company’s mandatory retirement age for directors.

Electronic payment services provider Euronet Worldwide announced that Lu Cordova, 56, has agreed to serve on its Board of Directors. Cordova is the CEO of Corlund Industries, an investment holding company which specializes in operations management, strategic planning, business development, and capital finance. Cordova has worked to develop several companies in the past, including Acteva (TixToGo), @Home Network, MMS International, CEMA, and Accent Design. She is also the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the 10th District Federal Reserve Bank.

The Progressive Corporation has elected Heidi Miller, 58, to its Board. Miller is the President of J.P. Morgan International and jointly leads J.P. Morgan’s Global Corporate Bank. She is also a member of J.P. Morgan's Operating Committee. From 2004 to 2010, Miller was the CEO of J.P. Morgan Treasury & Securities Services. Additionally, she currently serves on the Board of Directors of General Mills.
