- Operations: infrastructure management, information security, data center management, networking, hosting, and customer support as needed by the Services & Support team.
Requirements for the role include:
- Functional Experience: Hands on Engineering Management
- Experience managing engineering teams (at least 20-30 people. We will consider executives that are very hands on and have managed more people). This is a senior role in spite of the smaller span of control. Must have a track record of on-time, on budget, on performance and quality delivery.
- Functional Experience: Architecture
- Ability to lead major architectural decisions and assist/counsel the CEO in valuating alternatives.
- Managing a secure SaaS environment and operations is a major plus.
- Experience with scaling a business from early stage to a significant size.
- Experience “sitting at the table” i.e. business leadership ability
- Functional Experience: Operations (nice to have)
- Domain Experience: SaaS and/or Internet experience
- Domain Experience: Strong data background and understanding of managing unstructured data
