- Serves as the leader in the implementation, administration and monitoring of operations and security
- Primary liaison to information security & cloud operations vendors
- Recommends, prepares and drives the implementation of necessary security policies, standards, procedures and guidelines
- Understand each unique Partner SLA and security requirements and ensure they are met
- Design and drive the implementation of systems monitoring, automation, and management processes and tools
- Recommend and anchor Security Certification and Compliance
Key Experience:
- Leadership & Functional Experience:
- Leadership experience in a managed hosting, managed service, cloud or ISP
- Experience negotiating with vendors and with key partners SLAs and other requirements
- Excellence in communications skills to senior management & customers/partners
- Technical Experience
- Understanding of technologies at an architectural level and ability to oversee and drive the evolution of the security and virtualization/cloud architectures
- Experience with very large databases, distributed applications; Network security, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems
- CISSP, CISA, or CISM certifications required. PMP desirable.
- Location: Headquarters is in Stamford, CT area. Reasonable commuting from tri-state area or relocation is a must.
