Ex-Cigna IT executive returns as CIO
Mark Boxer, 50, joined the company as CIO. Boxer succeeds Philip Emond, who is retiring from Cigna. Most recently, Boxer was the Global Deputy CIO for Xerox. He has also served as CIO at WellPoint and as CIO of IT at HP. Boxer is a former Cigna employee who has previously served as SVP for IT & eCommerce and as CIO at Healthsource, a CIGNA acquisition.
CA Selects Former BMC Exec as CIO and Media Exec as CTO
Greg Valdez has joined CA as the new CIO.
Doug Rousso has left his position as SVP & CTO of Global Information Services atCA in order to join media giant CBS as the new CTO. Before CA, Rousso worked at Warner Bros as VP of Information Services and as Group Information Officer for the Domestic Television Distribution division. His other previous roles include MD of Technical & Network Services at NBC, CIO at Asylum Communications, MD of IT Operations at Dreamworks, and Director of Business and Technical Services for MCA/Universal Studios.

Constellation Energy announced that Michelle Robinette McKenna, 44, has been appointed as CIO. Prior to this, McKenna served as President of Vision Interactive Media Group. She has also been SVP & CIO for Universal Studios and VP of IT for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts.
