Intel Selects New Vice Chairman

Intel announced the appointment of Andy Bryant, 61, as Vice Chairman, a newly created position on its Board. This move is designed to help facilitate Bryant’s eventual transition to the role of Chairman when Jane Shaw, the current Chairman, retires in 2012. Bryant joined Intel in 1981 and has since served as CFO, Chief Administrative Officer, and EVP. Also, he currently serves on the boards of McKesson, Columbia Sportswear, and Kryptiq.

AOL Names New Ad Practice Head & Huffington Post Editor

AOL Advertising announced that Scott Kelliher was named Industry Practice Head for the Technology category. Kelliher joined AOL in 2008 and will continue as Telecom and Technology Sales Director. Prior to AOL, Kelliher was Director, Mobile Media Services for Virgin Mobile.

New Chairman, Director Resignation, & VP Appointment at Imation

Removable data storage products provider Imation announced that long-timer Linda Hart, 70, has retired as Non-executive Chairman of its Board of Directors. Hart was a director of Imation since its inception in July 1996 and was later elected Non-Executive Chairman in April 2007. She currently serves as Vice Chairman and CEO of Hart Group. Prior to joining Hart in 1990, she was engaged in the private practice of law in Dallas. Hart also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Center for Strategic & International Studies, the Women's Leadership Board, and Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.

Qualcomm Names New Asia Sales Head

Qualcomm has named Jim Doh as President and SVP, Worldwide Sales for Qualcomm CDMA Technologies (QCT) Asia. He joined Qualcomm in 1997 and has helped to establish the Qualcomm CDMA Technologies business in Korea, Taiwan, and Japan. Prior to joining Qualcomm, Doh held various technical and business management roles at Intel and Raytheon.

SAP AG announced the appointment of Christoph Kollatz to EVP, SAP of HANA. Prior to joining SAP, Kollatz was CEO of Siemens IT Solutions and Services, leading a EUR 5 billion organization with approximately 38,000 people. He began his professional career at Siemens in 1989 in internal management consulting. During his tenure with the company, he led a variety of businesses in different areas, including the Siemens Power Generation Group, Siemens Business Services, and the Siemens I&S Group.

Longtimer Ann Livermore Joins Board and Leaves Exec Role

HP announced that Ann Livermore, 51, has been elected to the HP board. She has been with HP for about 29 years and has been instrumental in helping countless HP customers grow and transform their businesses. While she will step down from her day-to-day management of the HP Enterprise Business, Livermore will contribute valuable guidance to the organization as a member of the board.

Technology licensing specialist Rambus announced that Bruce Dunlevie, 54, has stepped down as Chairman and from the board. Thomas Bentley, 61, a Director since 2005 assumes the role of Chair. Bentley served as MD for SVB Alliant, an M&A firm which he co-founded in 1990.

CFO on Juniper Networks’ Board

Mercedes Johnson, 55, has joined as Director on the Board of Juniper Networks. Johnson served as SVP & CFO at Avago and as SVP & CFO at Lam Research. She also previously held executive leadership and management roles at Applied Materials, Nanometrics, NCR and HP.

Bank of America Appoints Wealth Management CTO

Bank of America has selected David Reilly, 61, to be the company’s new CTO for Global Wealth and Investment Management. He will serve under BOA CTO Marc Gordon. Most recently, Reilly worked at Morgan Stanley as CIO for Enterprise Infrastructure. Previously, he has held senior roles at Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, and Merrill Lynch.
