Computer Services announced that R. Stanley Eckenberg was named President and COO of CSI. Mr. Eckenberg joined CSI in 1992 as Director of Special Projects. Before joining CSI, he was Senior Account Executive for Xerox Corporation and also served as Branch Manager for Unisys Corporation.

GSI Commerce announced the appointment of John Healy as CEO of MBS Insight. Healy began his career in consumer packaged goods at Pepsi and then expanded his focus to marketing services when he joined ADVO, the nation's largest direct mail organization. He also held senior leadership positions with well established marketing services companies, including R.L. Polk, Equifax, DoubleClick and PRIMIS Marketing Group.

InfoSpace announced that it has appointed Steve Hooper to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Hooper is a founding partner of Ignition Partners, a venture capital firm that invests in communications, internet, software, and technology services. Prior to founding Ignition, Mr. Hooper was the Chairman and CEO at Nextlink Communications (now XO Communications). Prior to this, he served as the Co-CEO at Teledesic.

Pitney Bowes announced the appointment of Chuck Cordray to the new position of president of the Volly secure digital delivery service. Cordray joins Pitney Bowes from Hearst Corporation, where he served as SVP and GM of Hearst Magazines Digital Media. Cordray previously held executive leadership roles for several large consumer brands, including TV Guide Publishing Group, Primedia, and Meredith Corporation.

Apple announced that Bertrand Serlet, Apple's SVP of Mac Software Engineering, will be leaving the company. Serlet joined Apple in 1997. Before joining Apple, Serlet spent four years at Xerox PARC, then joined NeXT in 1989. Craig Federighi, Apple's VP of Mac Software Engineering, will assume Serlet's responsibilities and report to Steve Jobs. Federighi worked at NeXT, followed by Apple, and then spent a decade at Ariba where he held several roles including VP of Internet Services and CTO. He returned to Apple in 2009 to lead Mac OS X engineering.

Big Changes at HP - March/April 2011

Tom Hogan, 50, decided to leave HP. He served as EVP of Sales and Marketing for HP’s Enterprise Business group, with global responsibility for the sales and marketing of all products and solutions for the $57-billion-a-year business. Prior to this, Hogan turned around HP’s software business. Hogan also served as the CEO of Software maker, Vignette and was an executive at SAP. Jan Zadak, Managing Director for HP Europe, the Middle East and Africa, will assume Hogan’s role.

CA Technologies announced that Rohit Kapoor, 46, CEO of ExlService Holdings Inc. has been elected to its Board of Directors. The Board expects to name Kapoor to the Board's Audit Committee. Kapoor's appointment brings the Board membership to 10, nine of whom are independent. In 2008, Kapoor was named president and CEO of ExlService Holdings, Inc., a provider of outsourcing and transformation services, and has served as a director since 2002. Kapoor previously served as ExlService Holdings' COO and CFO. He co-founded ExlService.com, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ExlService Holdings, in April 1999.
