New EVP and CMO Joins from SAP

Martin Homlish joins as SVP and CMO. He comes to HP after more than 10 years at SAP AG, where he was the Global Chief Marketing Officer and Corporate Officer. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of SAP Global Marketing. Homlish spent 15 years at Sony Corporation in several strategic roles, including President of Sony's Media Solutions Company and head of the Sony Electronic Corporate Marketing Services division. 

EVP Shifts

Pete Bocian, 57, EVP & CAO, is leaving HP. He joined HP in 2008 from Starbucks Coffee, where he served as EVP, CFO, & CAO. Bocian spent considerable period of his career at NCR, most recently as SVP & CFO.

Vyomesh Joshi, 56, EVP of Imaging and Printing Group, will now lead cross-business initiatives in India. Joshi has been with HP since 1980 and held various leadership positions since then.

Randy Mott, 54, EVP & CIO, is leaving the company. A replacement has yet to be selected. Before joining HP, Mott was SVP & CIO at Dell. Prior to Dell, Mott spent nearly two decades with Wal-Mart where he held a variety of technical and management positions, most recently as SVP & CIO. Mott also sits on the board of Fleming Companies.

New China Expansion

Todd Bradley, 51, EVP of the Personal Systems Group, has been selected to lead cross-business initiatives in China. Prior to joining HP, Bradley served as CEO of Solutions Group at Palm, CEO & Advisor of PalmOne, EVP of Global Operations at Gateway, President & CEO of Transport International Pool, and President of NCH Promotional Services. Bradley has previously held management positions at Federal Express and the Miller Brewing Company. He has been Director of LiveOps since 2008 and serves as a Director of Challenger Capital Group. He has also served as a Director of PalmOne since 2002 and sits on the Advisory Boards of NeXtAdvisors and Sonic Wall.

New Head of HP’s Software Business

Bill Veghte, who joined the company in 2010 after more than 20 years at Microsoft, will be a head of HP's software business. Veghte was most recently the SVP of Online Services & Windows Business Group at Microsoft. He has also served at Microsoft as Corporate VP of Windows Business Group, Corporate VP of Microsoft North America, Corporate VP for the Windows Server Group, and Corporate VP of Microsoft's Embedded and Appliance Platforms Group He currently sits on the boards of AppAssure Software and nPower.

European Head Promoted to Lead WW Sales

Jan Zadak has been promoted as the head of global sales from his earlier role as MD, HP EMEA. He joined HP in 2011 from Compaq. He worked at Compaq Computer since 1997 and has held a variety of senior management roles in fast growth markets in the EMEA region.

New Head of Enterprise Servers

David Donatelli, 45, is named EVP of Enterprise Servers, Storage, and Networking. Prior to HP, he served as the President of the Storage Division at EMC Computer Systems .... Donatelli replaces Scott Stallard, who is retiring from HP after 34 years with the company.

Other HP Departures

Marius Haas, SVP of the Computer Networking division is leaving HP to join the private-equity firm KKR. He previously worked at HP as SVP of Strategy & Corporate Development.

Tom Iannotti, 53, and Gary Budzinski, SVPs of Technology Outsourcing & Consulting Services, are departing from HP. Both will stay with the company until new executives are hired to lead its services business.

New European Head Yves de Talhouet is promoted to SVP of Enterprise Business & Managing Director for HP Europe & EMEA. He will also Chair the region's leadership team. De Talhouet joined the company in 2006 as Managing Director of HP France.

Thomas E. Hogan, EVP Enterprise Business Sales and Marketing, has decided to leave the company. He was formerly the head of the software business and served the company since 2006.
